Senior Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to ensure that our investment fund activities, processes, and documentation fully comply with the applicable regulatory framework. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining day‑to‑day operational smoothness and supporting strategic compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily compliance operations and act as Responsable du Contrôle (RC) for multiple investment funds.
• Control the quality and completeness of fund files in line with AML regulations.
• Lead ad‑hoc compliance projects and respond to internal requests.
• Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence on investment funds.
• Prepare summary reports for Management and Board meetings.
• Advise senior management and staff on compliance matters and provide timely client responses.
• Participate in CMP implementation and support monitoring of EMIR, Product Governance, and Discretionary Portfolio Management compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in the financial services sector in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws, AIFM & UCITS regulations, CSSF circulars, and ESMA guidelines.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
