Financial Controller – Remote, up to €85k/year

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic commercial company in Luxembourg. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, the chance to influence financial decisions and the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the company’s financial performance, ensuring accurate cost control and insightful reporting.
• Lead the budgeting process, preparing detailed forecasts and cost analyses that support the business strategy.
• Identify areas for financial optimisation and implement improvement measures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, contributing to strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a controlling or financial analysis role within Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, independence and a proactive mindset.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
