Global Process Owner – Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Global Process Owner – Procurement to shape, govern and continuously improve end‑to‑end procurement processes across a multinational organization. You will turn complexity into clarity, leveraging data, AI and digital tools to create scalable, value‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and improve global Source‑to‑Contract and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Identify inefficiencies through data analysis and propose AI‑enabled enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimise procurement systems and ensure data quality.
• Support the definition, tracking and reporting of KPIs such as efficiency, compliance and cycle time.
• Drive change management, communication and training to foster adoption of new ways of working.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in process improvement, digital tools and AI applications.
• Experience in consulting, project work or similar environments is a plus.
• Exposure to procurement or supply‑chain concepts is welcome but not mandatory.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Curiosity, ownership mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
