Senior Business Manager – IT Consulting

About the role

Maltem Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead its IT consulting practice. This permanent position offers the chance to act as an entrepreneur, managing the full business cycle and driving growth in a fast‑moving digital market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of IT and digital clients, identifying new business opportunities.
• Define and execute sales strategies, overseeing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to assemble project teams that meet client needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as pipeline, revenue, and margin, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a business school or university.
• Minimum six years of experience in business development or IT consulting.
• Strong interest and knowledge of digital and technology environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level or higher).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and a results‑driven attitude.
