Senior Business Analyst – Procurement-to-Pay

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on Procurement‑to‑Pay processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to define operating models, translate them into contractual requirements, and guide the selection and implementation of an ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Define a solution‑agnostic Group Target Operating Model, capability set and use cases leading to ERP tool selection.
• Translate the approved TOM into contractual business requirements and support the selection of a system integrator.
• Establish a fixed‑price contractual baseline for the transformation programme.
• Participate in design, fit‑gap analysis and solution assessment for ERP implementation.
• Support ERP selection processes and system‑integrator procurement, preparing use cases and evaluation artefacts.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, with 15 + years of senior‑level experience in finance or ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Procurement‑to‑Pay, especially Accounts Payable and Payment processes.
• Proven experience defining Target Operating Models, business processes and functional requirements in complex organisations.
• Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, vendors, external partners).
