Senior Business Analyst – Procurement-to-Pay

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and optimisation of Procure-to-Pay processes as part of a major ERP transformation programme. The role will focus on Accounts Payable and Payments, working closely with business and IT stakeholders across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay processes, with emphasis on Accounts Payable and Payments.
• Define Target Operating Models and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and contribute to ERP solution assessments.
• Support ERP and system integrator selection activities.
• Drive process standardisation and alignment with ERP best practices.
• Produce high‑quality documentation, including process maps, requirements and assessment deliverables.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, programme management and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP transformation or large‑scale business process programmes (15+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Procurement‑to‑Pay processes, especially Accounts Payable and Payments.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle.
• Solid understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering and Target Operating Model design.
• Ability to challenge legacy processes and promote simplification and standardisation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
