Senior Business Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud

About the role

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. You will work closely with HR experts and senior stakeholders to design and implement high‑quality, future‑state HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate business and design workshops with HR subject‑matter experts and senior management.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring completeness and traceability.
• Assess feasibility of requirements within Oracle HCM Cloud, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities.
• Design future‑state HR processes aligned with best practices and Oracle standard capabilities.
• Document functional designs, process flows, business rules, and solution recommendations.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to refine requirements and support solution design.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation actions.
• Support implementation of Oracle HCM Learning and provide expert advice on workarounds.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Experience delivering Oracle Learning and/or Oracle Talent Management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, including Talent Management and Learning modules.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of HR best practices in large organisations.
