Senior Business Analyst – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Cronos Europa team within a European financial institution. The role focuses on enhancing the ASApp platform, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving data‑driven improvements across advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clear, structured business and functional requirements and IT specifications for stakeholder review.
• Support continuous evolution of the ASApp platform, enhancing reporting, monitoring and data quality.
• Conduct “as‑is” analysis, identify functional gaps, and define requirements for new or improved features.
• Develop detailed functional designs, including data fields, use cases, screen layouts and access rights.
• Create templates and reporting requirements in line with Data Governance best practices.
• Define test strategies, coordinate user acceptance testing and manage defect resolution.
• Identify IT and functional improvement opportunities and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Document enhancements, produce user guides and deliver training sessions to end‑users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulated financial environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
