Senior Associate Legal Advisor

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Legal Advisor to become a subject‑matter expert who supports the business on engagements of moderate legal complexity. You will provide standard legal advice, draft initial analyses, and assist senior counsel on a variety of non‑routine matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver standard legal support to business units and operations.
• Offer basic legal advice on routine engagements and transactions.
• Assist in implementing policies and disseminating regulatory information within the assigned unit.
• Prepare regular status reports on legal issues using predefined templates.
• Support senior legal counsel and other team members on document analysis and other assignments.

Required profile

• Law degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) with possible specialist certifications.
• Some legal practice experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Ability to review and provide standard advice on simple agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort working under pressure and managing urgent tasks simultaneously.
