Senior Associate – Corporate Tax Compliance

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is expanding its Tax and Accounting department and seeks a Senior Associate to support corporate tax compliance for local and international clients. You will work closely with other service lines, helping companies navigate tax, accounting, and corporate secretarial matters throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review tax provisions and prepare tax returns for corporate clients.
• Participate in tax due‑diligence engagements.
• Answer technical tax questions related to compliance and structuring.
• Assist clients in tax disputes with Luxembourg tax authorities.
• Manage day‑to‑day client files, covering accounting and tax matters.
• Coach and share knowledge with junior team members.

Required profile

• 5‑year degree in economics, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting or tax compliance department.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and familiarity with other accounting frameworks.
• Good understanding of the Luxembourg tax system; international tax knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French or German.
