Senior Accountant

About the role

We are partnering with an international investment platform that focuses on infrastructure assets and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Luxembourg‑based finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working alongside another Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in the preparation of financial statements and group‑level reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
• Support consolidation processes and contribute to group reporting activities.
• Prepare and/or review Luxembourg corporate income tax and VAT returns.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and finance projects.
• Collaborate with other departments on day‑to‑day financial matters.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in audit or accounting within a Luxembourg fiduciary environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP; consolidation experience is a plus.
• Exposure to UK GAAP considered an advantage.
• Solid experience with Luxembourg corporate tax and VAT filings.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English and a valid Luxembourg work permit.
