About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant – Corporate & Accounting Services. The role requires a highly skilled, detail‑oriented professional with extensive experience in accounting principles, especially within private equity and real estate sectors. You will oversee accounting records, prepare comprehensive financial statements, and provide strategic insights to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert support to clients in maintaining their accounting records, delivering high‑level technical and business insights.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to devise and implement exceptional service solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
• Continuously enhance and share technical knowledge of accounting principles and industry best practices with the team.
• Manage and oversee assignments across various sectors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
• Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in accounting or audit, with significant exposure to real estate or private equity sectors.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Fluent in English; French, German or Luxembourgish considered an asset.
