Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable

About the role

This international Accounts Receivable position supports Herbalife’s Luxembourg entity while collaborating with stakeholders across more than 90 countries. You will gain visibility into global revenue flows, customer activity, and product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day AR accounting, including customer reconciliations, adjustments, and journal entries.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing in line with US GAAP/IFRS.
• Review and reconcile AR aging, balance‑sheet accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare VAT reporting data, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with transfer‑pricing schedules and intercompany transaction recording.
• Provide AR documentation and analyses for internal and external audits.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Order Management, and Customer Service for accurate billing and cash application.
• Prepare AR reporting packages and ad‑hoc analysis for management.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Experience with an ERP system (Oracle experience is a plus).
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational or shared‑service environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with transfer‑pricing and intercompany accounting fundamentals
