SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (French speaker)

About the role

Deloitte Luxembourg is seeking a senior consultant to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules for our clients. The role combines functional expertise, technical configuration, and client-facing consulting to help organisations align their HR strategies with modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Implement one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Onboarding.
• Conduct business analyses, configure solutions, perform testing, and deliver training to key users.
• Transfer knowledge to client teams and ensure successful adoption of the solution.
• Assist clients in synchronising HR priorities with supporting technologies.
• Collaborate with other consulting teams to set synergy goals across SAP landscapes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to an international, multidisciplinary HR transformation team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field (HR focus is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of functional and technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least two end‑to‑end implementations.
• At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification, preferably Employee Central.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
