Talent Manager – Finance Profiles

About the role

As a Talent Manager for Finance Profiles at Robert Half Luxembourg, you will act as the vital link between candidates and companies, helping professionals find satisfying roles and assisting organisations in building strong finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source, assess and place accounting and financial professionals on permanent contracts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, company visits and close contact with Finance and HR managers.
• Analyse client needs in detail and match them with suitable candidates.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up for assignments, maintaining regular communication with both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or a business‑related field.
• Initial experience in a client‑facing sales or financial consulting role.
• Strong commercial mindset, curiosity and ability to manage deadlines.
• Fluent communication in both French and English.
