Sales Director – Financial Services Technology

About the role

SS&C Global Investor Distribution Solutions is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth by selling its technology and service solutions to asset managers, wealth managers, independent advisers and corporate workplace providers. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, executing sales plans and collaborating with internal stakeholder groups to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive sales action plan for the target sector, including calling programs, solution positioning and competitor knowledge.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through RFPs, consultant‑driven selections and new business within the existing SS&C customer base.
• Develop and maintain C‑suite relationships, lead market and industry events, and work with other SS&C groups to cross‑sell wealth services.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging, and proactively measure results against new‑business targets.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of sales experience in the asset‑manager, wealth‑management or adviser industry.
• Experience with complex, consultative deals and long sales cycles.
• Based in Luxembourg and willing to travel as needed.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a positive attitude.
