Managed Staffing Manager – IT Business Solutions & Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Managed Staffing Manager to join our 50‑person team in Luxembourg. You will drive sales of outsourced IT business solutions and consulting services, develop new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement staffing plans aligned with company goals.
• Identify staffing needs, source candidates and manage the sourcing process.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews and make hiring or contracting decisions.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new candidates.
• Monitor and analyse staffing metrics to optimise processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales of managed staffing, preferably in software, finance or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and French; German or Luxembourgish a plus.
• Understanding of project‑management principles.
