Regtech Business Development Manager (FR/ENG)

About the role

We are seeking a Regtech Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence within a regulatory and compliance‑focused environment. The role involves hands‑on commercial activities, client engagement, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Translate complex regulatory constraints into clear commercial narratives and client value propositions.
• Lead a small team (Sales Operations Specialist and Regulatory Business Developer), set objectives, and provide coaching.
• Participate directly in prospecting, pitches, contract negotiations and account management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal and Client Service to align campaigns, lead generation and onboarding.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, sales or business development, preferably in the Luxembourg financial ecosystem.
• Fluent in English and French; additional language is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand and communicate technical and regulatory concepts.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and develop expertise in new regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing or coaching small teams and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced use of sales tools such as CRM systems.
• Experience with dashboards for performance tracking.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
