Technical Sales Expert – UK & Ireland

About the role

Join CERATIZIT Hard Material Solutions as a Technical Sales Expert supporting the UK & Ireland market. You will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to grow the business and support customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional sales strategy through budgeting, market analysis and target achievement.
• Develop new business by prospecting, qualifying leads and identifying technical needs.
• Deliver solution‑oriented sales presentations in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and manage negotiations.
• Grow the customer portfolio through application testing, product implementation, phase‑out planning and ongoing technical support.
• Provide market intelligence, maintain CRM data and represent the company at trade fairs, technical events and sales meetings.

Required profile

• Technical or economic‑technical education with long‑term experience in an international industrial environment.
• Proven industry experience, preferably with tungsten carbide or engineered solutions, and a strong sales orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and the ability to work independently from a home office in England.
• Willingness to travel frequently, full UK driving licence and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
