Reporting & Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Reporting & Tax Specialist to join our Finance team within Redion Employee Benefits. The role focuses on tax compliance, reporting, and accounting support for our Luxembourg branch and the Generali Employee Benefits Network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Head of Department on all fiscal matters, covering indirect taxes (VAT), direct taxes (Corporate Income Tax), transfer pricing, Pillar II data collection, Country‑by‑Country reporting, and FATCA/CRS notifications.
• Maintain data‑quality processes related to fiscal activities.
• Support quarterly accounting closings under both local GAAP and IFRS, including reconciliation of the local portfolio system with the accounting engine.
• Prepare data inputs for IFRS closing and bridge results between local GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist in building the consolidated reporting package for Generali Employee Benefits Network SA.
• Manage external reporting flows for the Luxembourg branch to authorities such as the Banque Centrale du Luxembourg and STATEC.
• Contribute to special projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling indirect taxes (VAT) and direct taxes (Corporate Income Tax).
• Familiarity with transfer pricing, Pillar II reporting, Country‑by‑Country reporting, and FATCA/CRS obligations.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and accounting reconciliation processes.
• Ability to work closely with senior finance leadership and external regulators.
