Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via voice calls and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to resolve inquiries, track orders, and provide product guidance, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
