Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers worldwide through phone and live‑chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
