Recruitment & Training Trainee

About the role

Join our Human Resources department as a Recruitment & Training Trainee. You will support the team for at least six months, gaining hands‑on experience in both training coordination and recruitment processes while working in a professional, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Register and monitor external training courses, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Organise in‑house training events, handling invitations, attendance sheets, feedback forms, documentation, invoice verification and filing.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date training database and prepare co‑funding applications in line with legal requirements.
• Draft and publish job advertisements internally and externally.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews and keep the recruitment database current on a daily basis.
• Produce regular reports and statistics related to training and recruitment activities.
• Contribute to special projects that improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Administration, Human Resources or a related field; a school convention is mandatory.
• Strong written proficiency in English and French.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑oriented attitude.
• High level of rigor, accuracy, confidentiality and effective time‑management.
