About the role

Join Select HR Luxembourg as a Recruitment Consultant and help connect top talent with leading organisations across multiple sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide market insights, hiring trends and talent availability advice.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent positions across various industries.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, networking and direct search.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Prepare shortlists, present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or business development.
• High integrity, strong commercial awareness and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
