Recoveries & Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recoveries & Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑growing international fintech in Luxembourg. You will handle arrears and recovery cases, turning difficult conversations into clear outcomes while protecting customers and the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outcome‑driven phone conversations to resolve arrears and recovery situations.
• Identify workable solutions, including hardship pathways, in line with policy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate administration: detailed notes, clear commitments and structured follow‑ups.
• Spot patterns, suggest improvements to scripts, workflows and resolution options.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to see tasks through to completion.
• Adaptable communication style – firm, empathetic and practical.
• Open to real‑time coaching and quick application of feedback.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills for tracking and organising workload.
