Project Manager – Software Implementations

About the role

Finsoft is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for its clients in the asset and wealth management sector. The role is client‑facing and combines project management, business analysis and delivery coordination, ensuring solutions are configured, tested and delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects from initiation through production go‑live.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports and action logs.
• Coordinate activities between clients, internal subject‑matter experts and technical teams.
• Organise and chair project meetings, workshops and steering committees.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Translate client requirements into configuration and development tasks.
• Oversee data migration, testing, user acceptance and deployment activities.
• Monitor project budgets and effort against estimates.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support post‑go‑live stabilisation and handover to support teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, implementation management or a similar client‑delivery role.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.
• Knowledge of the investment fund industry is highly desirable.
