Project Manager – IT & Data Transformation

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and data transformation initiatives for its clients. Based in Luxembourg, you will ensure end‑to‑end delivery alignment, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive project success in a hybrid governance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Secure overall project trajectory and ensure alignment with delivery milestones.
• Lead project governance, coordinating business, data, IT, and external partners.
• Conduct project recovery analysis and define remediation action plans.
• Develop and maintain an integrated project roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Organise and facilitate steering committees, project meetings, and workshops, preparing materials and minutes.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Apply a hybrid governance approach combining Quapital methodology with Agile practices, including backlog management and team rituals.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment activities, and support go‑live and project closure phases.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven experience in complex project management and delivery.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Quapital framework (certified or used on at least three projects in the past five years).
• Experience working in hybrid environments that blend traditional governance with Agile practices.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder communication.
