Project Manager – Fund Reporting & Data Solutions

About the role

We are a large, innovative company with a start‑up spirit, organized into expert knowledge units that collaborate across borders. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager based in Luxembourg to lead the development and enhancement of our Fund Reporting Repository and related data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user requirements and produce functional specifications for the Fund Reporting Repository module.
• Identify data duplication, define relocation specifications to SERAPIS and CLM core applications.
• Design and develop new online reports (KPIs, project progress) and ensure data quality.
• Perform impact analysis for the Front‑to‑Back instruction tool (NOW project) on the repository.
• Coordinate ticket implementation, releases, and testing activities, including non‑regression tests.
• Maintain data glossary, user guide, and produce project documentation (business case, charter, test cases).
• Assist in conceptual data modelling and use‑case definition for a Middle Office solution.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology (Bac+3 or higher) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of investment funds, share classes, NAV, and risk‑sharing instruments.
• Professional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience in end‑user report development and data migration projects.
• Knowledge of business analysis and data‑modelling techniques (UML, ARIS, ERM).

Required skills

• SQL and data‑analysis.
• Microsoft Office suite: Word, Visio, Excel, Access.
• Defect‑tracking / ticketing tools.
• UML, ARIS, ERM or similar modelling tools.
• Document‑management platforms.
• Project‑management principles and PMI certification (or equivalent).
