Associate Corporate Tax Compliance

About the role

Join PwC's Tax & Accounting team as an Associate in Corporate Tax Compliance. You will work with tax, accounting and legal professionals to support a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, helping them meet tax compliance requirements and navigate major corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting, tax and legal aspects for a portfolio of operating and holding companies.
• Prepare tax returns, annual accounts and other compliance deliverables.
• Analyse corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and liquidations and support related tax and accounting work.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as the day‑to‑day point of contact.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Tax & Accounting and other PwC teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Contribute to due‑diligence and consolidation engagements across various industries.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or final year) in Economics, Management, Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
• Strong interest in tax, accounting and legal matters.
• English C1 – full professional proficiency.
• French C1 – full professional proficiency.
• Ability to work with financial and tax information and apply a structured problem‑solving approach.
