Project Manager – Corporate & Investment Banking

About the role

The bank is seeking a Project Manager to lead and support new initiatives within its Corporate & Investment Banking division. The role focuses on driving project delivery, improving organizational models, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor business and strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, issue logs, and schedules.
• Collect and analyse business requirements, map existing processes, and lead process re‑engineering efforts.
• Conduct organizational analysis to adapt to internal and external regulatory changes.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technical projects.
• Manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders, reporting and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Science & Technology, Economics, Banking or Finance.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a project manager in the financial or banking sector, preferably within Financial Markets.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Fluent in English and/or French and Italian.
