Project Manager – Banking & Investment Funds (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a Luxembourg‑based financial services client. The role focuses on the Fund Reporting Repository module and related data migration initiatives, acting as the bridge between business users and the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the user community and the development team.
• Analyse user requirements and produce functional specifications for fund reporting enhancements.
• Identify data duplication, define relocation specifications to SERAPIS and CLM core applications.
• Develop and test new online reports, KPIs and project progress dashboards.
• Perform impact analysis for the Front‑to‑Back instruction tool (NOW project).
• Coordinate ticket implementation, releases and testing activities, including non‑regression tests.
• Maintain project documentation such as business case, charter, requirements, test cases, data glossary and user guide.
• Support the design of a Middle Office solution for intermediated products and assist with its testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of investment funds, share classes, NAV and risk‑sharing instruments.
• Knowledge of front‑, middle‑ and back‑office information exchange processes.
• Proven experience in data migration and end‑user reporting projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies; certification (PMI, PRINCE2) is a plus.
