Professional Banker – Private Banking Support

About the role

J.P. Morgan is seeking a motivated professional to support Private Banking Client Advisors in Luxembourg. The role offers the chance to work with a diverse, cross‑functional team and develop a deep understanding of high‑net‑worth client services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to bankers and the wider integrated team, including account opening and onboarding processes.
• Assist with updating account documentation, authorities, and signature lists on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Manage client periodic review processes and resolve routine client queries.
• Support business and banker projects, including subscription and content management.
• Contribute to team administrative tasks such as weekly flow commentary and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in finance, law, business or a related field (or equivalent).
• Absolute discretion when handling confidential client information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self‑starter with excellent organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good judgment and problem‑solving abilities; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
