Part-Time Accountant with Parking and Homeworking

About the role

This part‑time accountant position supports a growing financial services provider in eastern Luxembourg. Working closely with a senior colleague, you will handle internal accounting while enjoying a flexible schedule that balances professional responsibilities with personal life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping and support tax‑related preparations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
• Monitor cash movements, ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and ensure timely settlements.
• Calculate and review client fees quarterly before invoicing banking partners.
• Maintain regular contact with external stakeholders such as banks, fiduciaries, and public authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role, preferably within a fiduciary, accounting firm, or financial services environment.
• Demonstrated career continuity and a long‑term professional outlook.
• Fluent in German and comfortable working in English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software BOB50.
• Proficiency with accounting software Multiline.
