Paralegal – Corporate Governance

About the role

This position supports the Legal team in an international organization, ensuring strong corporate governance, compliance and efficient legal operations across a portfolio of private investments and operating companies. Working under the guidance of a Senior Legal Manager, the Paralegal will handle corporate housekeeping, document preparation, contract management and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate corporate housekeeping for assigned entities.
• Prepare corporate documentation such as resolutions, minutes, proxies, trade register filings and internal registers.
• Manage and update the contract management system.
• Support compliance activities, including AML, KYC, transparency requirements and UBO documentation.
• Contribute to legal‑tech and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for document execution, certifications, apostilles and project coordination.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of relevant experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or in corporate services.
• Exposure to corporate housekeeping and governance processes is preferred.
• General understanding of corporate law and regulatory developments.
• Relevant legal training or education is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
