Paralegal – Commercial Litigation (Dispute Resolution)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our Commercial Litigation practice in Luxembourg. The role supports lawyers across all phases of high‑stakes business disputes, from pre‑litigation counseling to trial and appellate proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with legal research, document review, and case preparation for cross‑border disputes.
• Draft and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Summarize complex information into clear, structured analyses for use in legal arguments.
• Maintain accurate case files, manage multiple workstreams, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with international teams and provide proactive support to anticipate colleagues’ needs.

Required profile
