Junior Third Party Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Third Party Specialist at satispay, you will support the management of third‑party providers and outsourcing arrangements, ensuring risk‑aware governance and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain registers, conduct due diligence and help protect the organisation while enabling responsible growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end management of third‑party providers, from due diligence and risk assessment to ongoing oversight and exit strategies.
• Contribute to outsourcing management, including critical outsourcing, monitoring, and regulatory notifications.
• Maintain the outsourcing register and the Register of Information, ensuring data accuracy and availability for governance.
• Help ensure contractual and regulatory compliance of third‑party and outsourcing arrangements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Law, Economics or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience in third‑party/vendor management, risk management, compliance, outsourcing or related area.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organized approach to managing multiple activities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Italian is a plus.
