Oracle Cloud HCM Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Business Analyst to join a long‑term programme in Luxembourg. The role focuses on enhancing and supporting an existing Oracle Cloud HCM environment, delivering robust functional design, high‑quality configuration, and resolving complex business and system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve complex functional issues within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Perform Fit‑Gap and Root Cause analyses.
• Produce clear, structured, and traceable business and functional documentation.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business requirements.
• Manage defects, including tracking, validation, and coordination with Oracle Support.
• Support testing activities such as UAT and functional validation.
• Ensure high‑quality system configuration and long‑term maintainability.
• Facilitate user adoption and functional understanding across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong background in functional testing and business analysis.
• ~3+ years as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (preferred).
• Core HR expertise (workforce structures, positions, journeys, workflows, compensation).
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security (data roles, areas of responsibility, auditing).
• Experience with HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and mass data uploads.
• Integration experience between Oracle HCM and other systems.
• Familiarity with defect management and Oracle Support processes.
• PeopleSoft HCM experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Eligibility: EU citizens; on‑site work in Luxembourg.
