Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Operations Manager to lead high‑performing online teams in Luxembourg. The role focuses on accountability, results, and continuous improvement using data, dashboards, and operational tools.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of online agents, from hiring and onboarding to performance evaluation and off‑boarding.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and target achievement.
• Hire, train, coach, promote, demote, and exit agents based on performance metrics.
• Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve systems.
• Leverage data, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decisions and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing remote or online agent‑based teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data.
• Decisive leadership, ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills in English.
