Operations & Customer Service Representative – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Representative to join our Luxembourg team, supporting both the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. You will act as the main point of contact for retail and business clients, coordinate cleaning agents, and help improve our operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client bookings through the app, maintaining strong relationships with customers and cleaning agents.
• Resolve last‑minute scheduling changes and logistical challenges to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Handle feedback, complaints and quality assurance for each service.
• Update client and agent information, process contract modifications and support payroll‑related queries.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Own the full recruitment cycle for cleaning agents, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records, manage accident/illness reports and assist with monthly payroll processing in Belgium.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement, brand strategy and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch or German is a plus.
