Manager – Asset Owner Solutions (Fund Accounting) – Hybrid

About the role

This senior leadership position within Asset Owner Solutions is responsible for managing a team of 10–20 fund accounting professionals. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality accounting services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of fund accounting professionals, setting performance objectives and supporting career growth.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements and client‑specific governance standards.
• Manage client relationships and act as the escalation point for complex issues, coordinating resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiency through resource planning, workload allocation, performance monitoring and continuous process‑improvement initiatives.
• Execute strategic and operational priorities, supporting change‑management efforts and adhering to risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fund accounting teams of 10 + members.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and client‑specific accounting requirements in the investment sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency and implementing process enhancements.
