Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations Lawyer

About the role

Linklaters LLP is expanding its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations (LAI) team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will join a leading international law firm and work on complex civil and commercial disputes, providing both out‑of‑court advice and courtroom representation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a full range of litigation and arbitration matters, handling civil and commercial cases.
• Manage out‑of‑court assistance and represent clients before national courts.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑practice teams and offices in other jurisdictions on cross‑border matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer (registered under list I or IV) with 4–7 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Team player capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Strong drafting abilities in French and English.
• Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
