Legal Officer

About the role

Citco is seeking a Legal Officer to join its Global Subsidiary Governance Services team. You will support multinational clients, corporates and private clients by ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements throughout the corporate life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Service periodic board meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, circulate documents and follow up on action items.
• Support incorporation and liquidation processes, handling all statutory filings and notifications.
• Assist in structuring private‑equity and real‑estate transactions.
• Communicate with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, government bodies and Citco offices worldwide.

Required profile

• Graduate in business and/or corporate law.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in private‑equity or real‑estate asset‑class administration.
• Willingness to deepen international tax and corporate law knowledge.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to take ownership of transactions.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Client‑focused attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English; French or German is a valuable asset.
