Legal Intern

About the role

Join the Legal Department of M7 Luxembourg, part of the CANAL+ Group, to support a wide range of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. This internship offers hands‑on experience in contract management, compliance, and due‑diligence within a leading media and entertainment company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with third‑party verification and due‑diligence, including document review and internal follow‑up.
• Support the structuring and documentation of contract approval and signature workflows, including process mapping and internal guidelines.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments using digital and AI‑based tools.
• Help draft, review, and execute standard legal agreements such as freelancer or contributor agreements.
• Prepare draft summaries, comparisons, templates, and other internal legal documentation under supervision.
• Support formal notice and breach notification procedures, especially for unauthorized public viewings of CANAL+ Sports channels.
• Contribute to legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations across the covered jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Motivated individual with a strong interest in legal matters and media law.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work under supervision.
• Good analytical and written communication skills.
