Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel specialized in commercial contracts to join a global leader in workforce solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment, providing legal expertise across cross‑border transactions, employment law and operational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review, negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, client partnerships and service contracts.
• Provide pragmatic advice on employment law, workforce compliance and operational governance for multiple business units.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end contract management lifecycle, ensuring compliant governance frameworks and template maintenance.
• Identify, assess and manage operational risks while delivering compliance training to sales and business‑development teams.

Required profile

• Legal degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1‑3 years of practical experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Fluent French and professional proficiency in English.
• Interest or background in commercial contract drafting, employment law or contingent‑workforce frameworks.
