Legal Advisor – Mexican Market (Logistics)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to support our logistics operations focused on the Mexican market. Based in our Luxembourg office, you will work closely with the Chief Risk Officer and external counsel in Houston, providing legal guidance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal teams during negotiations, identify major risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance on legal risks, compliance issues and dispute resolution.
• Ensure legal accuracy of documents in collaboration with external counsel.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, policies and standard terms.
• Oversee legal aspects of business operations from negotiation to execution.
• Manage relationships with external legal partners to secure strategic and cost‑effective support.
• Monitor legal trends that may affect the business.
• Travel to Mexico twice a year for on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Legal qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Dynamic, solution‑oriented attitude with a hands‑on approach.
