Junior Lawyer – Capital Markets & Banking

About the role

Linklaters LLP’s Capital Markets and Banking group is a leading provider of complex banking transactions, capital markets and structured finance deals. As a Junior Lawyer you will work alongside talented colleagues worldwide, delivering high‑quality legal solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate documentation for capital markets and banking transactions.
• Provide a comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of financial regulation.
• Assist clients on complex structured finance transactions involving multiple participants and jurisdictions.
• Liaise with leading institutions and colleagues across other jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Qualified (or soon to be qualified) lawyer with up to 2 years of experience and strong academic record.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional French, German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
• Team player capable of working independently with excellent communication, writing and analytical abilities.
• Good drafting skills and client‑solution orientation.
