Junior Lawyer – Capital Markets & Banking

About the role

Join Linklaters LLP’s Capital Markets and Banking team as a Junior Lawyer, supporting sophisticated banking transactions, capital‑market deals and complex regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of transaction documentation.
• Provide legal advice on financial regulation and compliance.
• Assist clients with structured finance transactions involving multiple participants and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with leading financial institutions and colleagues in other offices.

Required profile

• Qualified (or soon‑to‑be qualified) lawyer with up to 2 years of experience.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French, German or Luxembourgish are a plus.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
