Junior Investment Funds Lawyer

About the role

Join a dynamic, international law firm in Luxembourg as a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer. You will support a team of experienced lawyers advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of investment fund matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory and structural aspects of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
• Assist in the formation and structuring of funds, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations, including AIFMD.
• Support senior lawyers in fund authorization, operation, and cross‑border distribution matters.
• Liaise with the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF) and other authorities as required.
• Participate in client meetings, contribute to relationship development, and conduct legal research.
• Take part in internal and external presentations and contribute to legal publications.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an Investment Funds department of a Luxembourg law firm.
• Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar is an advantage.
• Law degree; knowledge of Luxembourg law is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for investment funds in Luxembourg and the EU.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, diligent, team‑oriented mindset.
