Junior Auditor – Start September 2026

About the role

BDO Luxembourg is seeking motivated Junior Auditors to join its audit team starting in September 2026. You will work on a variety of legal and contractual audit assignments across commercial, industrial, financial and public sectors, gaining hands‑on experience under the guidance of senior managers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in audit engagements for companies in diverse industries, including commercial, industrial, financial (UCIs, financial professionals) and public sectors.
• Assist in planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases while developing professional autonomy.
• Follow a tailored training program to build technical audit knowledge.
• Collaborate with flexible audit teams and communicate findings effectively.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit & Control or a Business School with an audit specialization.
• Desire to obtain a professional qualification such as IRE, DSCG or ACCA.
• Fluent in French or German with a good level of English.
• Motivated, ambitious, rigorous, analytical and strong communication skills.
• First experience in audit or accounting is an advantage.
