Junior Associate – Employment Law

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Associate specialized in Employment Law to join a leading international law firm. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of employment matters, both day‑to‑day advisory and strategic projects, within a dynamic cross‑border environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to corporate clients on a broad range of employment law issues.
• Draft legal opinions, employment contracts, and related documentation.
• Support clients in routine advisory work and assist in the preparation of case files.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex, cross‑border employment projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with a specialization in labour or employment law.
• 0–4 years of experience in employment law, preferably within a law‑firm setting.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical abilities, autonomous working style and client‑oriented mindset.
